As empresas estão em época de planejamento como GoogleDNA. O último trimestre do ano se caracteriza por muito trabalho em função da sazonalidade do Natal e também em função do planejamento para os períodos que virão. GoogleDNA trata da essência de uma empresa inovadora, que almeja organizar toda a informação do mundo e torná-la universalmente acessível e útil. Diversos serviços na internet são lançados e os já existentes sofrem melhorias contínuas para melhorar a experiência dos internautas no processo de encontrar o que for mais relevante para os mesmos.
Festa é sempre importante, principalmente se for para confraternizar com os amigos de trabalho.

World Community Grid

Today I want to introduce WCG (to whom does not know so far).

First, why world community ? "Our work is built on the belief that technological innovation combined with visionary scientific research and large-scale volunteerism can change our world for the better." Source : WCG's home page

Second, it's a grid ("Grid computing is an emerging computing model that distributes processing across a parallel infrastructure. Throughput is increased by networking many heterogeneous resources across administrative boundaries to model a virtual computer architecture." Source : Wikipedia)

I kindly ask you folks who may donate your idle computer time to this project. It was good to know that I could help, among other projects, in Help Defeat Cancer Project.

Web 2.0

When I have backache (it's tough to realize I'm getting older...), it's better to stay home checking Youtube, learning about Web 2.0 and mainly giving a LOT of attention to my wife.

First things first, any relationship depends on the quality time you spend with THE other person. Capital letters are mandatory when you refer to whom you love, listen to me.
Ok then, let's spend time in front of TV, even if I do prefer to stay online...
